1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or placing an order through HAV Energy SA (Pty) Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this platform. These terms apply to all registered trade account holders.

2. Trade Accounts

This platform is a business-to-business (B2B) trade store. Access is restricted to approved trade account holders. Applications are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for misuse, non-payment, or breach of these terms.

3. Pricing & VAT

All prices are displayed excluding VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT at the current applicable rate will be added at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice. Confirmed orders are invoiced at the price displayed at the time of order.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment has been received in full. We do not offer credit terms unless separately agreed in writing. Orders are collected from our premises — no delivery is offered unless specifically arranged. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order.

5. Stock Availability

Stock availability is displayed in good faith but is not guaranteed. In the event that a product is out of stock after an order is placed, we will contact you to arrange a substitute, backorder, or refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including product descriptions, images, and branding, is the property of HAV Energy SA (Pty) Ltd or its suppliers and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, HAV Energy SA (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform or the products purchased through it.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
